Our team began by removing and replacing the existing gutter system, installing 5-inch gutters with 3×4-inch downspouts, complete with a hinge to ensure the downspout did not obstruct the walkway. We also installed metal gutter guards to enhance the durability and functionality of the new gutters. Additionally, the soffit and gutters were meticulously wrapped to match the existing installation, maintaining a seamless aesthetic.

Beyond the gutter work, the project included extensive carpentry tasks. We replaced an old door with a new window, which involved the removal of doors and molding, railing, and the installation of new framing, plywood, insulation, a moisture barrier, drywall, baseboard, trim, and paint to match the existing decor. We removed old paneling and screens, framed new structures, and installed one door, two sliding windows, two picture windows, one long window, and vinyl siding with wrap. Each step was executed with precision to ensure the new installations integrated seamlessly with the existing structure. Additionally, we tackled the kitchen windows, removing the old ones and installing new, framed windows with a finished interior, including mud and paint, siding, and wrapped windows for a polished look. Finally, we installed a smart lock on the sunroom interior door, further enhancing the security and convenience of Beverly’s home.
