STEP 1
Remove current attic insulation
Using powerful vacuums we remove all the insulation and debris from the attic. That includes droppings and dead critters.
STEP 2
Clean and Sanitize
With a clean space we sanitize with bleach and disinfectant the attic to kill and repel harmful organisms.
STEP 3
Spray foam seal
Before installing insulation we inspect and seal all the openings to insure a closed space. This prevents the access of critters, pests, and air.
STEP 4
Install insulation
Using a high quality anti pests cellulose insulation, we cover your entire attic with leaving at R50.
